Le principe d’une dark kitchen, c’est qu’elle ne possède pas de restaurant pour manger sur-place : elle fonctionne uniquement par livraisons.
De ce fait, le restaurant n'existe que par son image. Il n'y a pas d'intérieur, d'ambiance, d'enseigne. Il faut donc tout miser sur l'identité visuelle, le logotype et l’univers qui l'accompagne.

C'est pourquoi l'identité de Coquillettes se devait d'être décalée et impactante.

The dark kitchen’s concept is that there’s no real restaurant to eat inside : it only delivers its food outside.
Therefore, the restaurant exists only by its image. There is no interior, no atmosphere, no sign.
Which is why it is so important to bring focus on the visual identity, the logo and everything around it.

Pour faire vivre la marque et l'humaniser sur tous supports, j’ai donc réalisé plusieurs personnages comme les coquillettes, mais aussi un fromage ou encore un jambon.
Le petit plus ? Ces mascottes peuvent servir à annoncer un happening par exemple, ou incarner une nouvelle recette.
Des illustrations qui font donc office d’ambassadrices de la marque.
